“育人为本”教育理念的人学意蕴与实践策略 被引量:13

摘要 "培养人"是教育的价值规定与实践内容,而使人成之为"人"正是其全部价值意义的核心表达。在任何的教育实践中,"人"都理应处于最高的价值位序,都需要以"人"为出发点和归宿。归根结底,实现人的主体、自由与完整的发展,正是教育的人学宗旨。"育人为本"的教育理念,不但强调了教育之为"教育"的本质规定性,而且彰显了对"人"的人学关怀。在当代,教育出现了严重的价值异化现象,偏离了"育人为本"的实践基点与人性使命。要回归"育人为本",落实使人成之为"人"的教育宗旨,就需要不断夯实教育的人性基础,积极推进教育的自我变革与实践品格重铸。 "Cultivating People" is the value of education and practice content, as well as the core and es- sential meaning of helping people become "Real Humans". In any educational practice, "Humans" should be in the highest position of value standard. Considering "Humans" as the starting point and final educa- tion purpose, adhering to the active performance of humans, and realizing the freedom, individuality and whole development of humans construct the humanitarian aim of education. "People-oriented" educational philosophy first emphasizes the essense of education, and highlights the caring about "Humans". In con- tempor:,ry, there emerged a severe value diversion in education. It diverted from the "People-oriented" ed- ucaticm philosophy. To return to the "Education-oriented" philosophy and to implement the education aim of helpi^g people become "Real Humans", the humanitarian basis should be enhanced in education process so as to further the self transform and practical characteristics reform.
