Analysis of quality control on semi automatic real-time quantitative PCR detection technology

摘要 目的通过开展Xpert MTB/RIF技术质量控制,分析存在的问题,提高检测水平。方法向各县级实验室发放质控品,每套测试样品含10份人工痰样本,每个实验室依照标准化操作程序检测一套样本,汇总质控结果并与标准结果比对。结果连续3年各实验室测试成功率为99.8%,结核杆菌(MTB)检测阳性符合率为99.8%,阴性符合率为98.4%,总符合率为99.5%;利福平(RIF)检测敏感符合率为99.3%,耐药符合率为99.7%,总符合率为99.5%。结论各地Xpert MTB/RIF检测质控结果良好,检测能力保持在较高水平。 Objective To analyze the existing problems by carrying out Xpert Mtb/RIF( semi automatic real-time quantitative PCR detection) technical quality control,so as to improve the detection level. Methods The quality products in which each test sample contains 10 artificial sputum samples were distributed to county laboratories. Each laboratory tests a set of sample according to standardized procedures. The quality control results were summarized and compared with standard results.Results For 3 consecutive years,the laboratory test success rate was 99. 8% and the positive coincidence rate of MTB( TB)detection was 99. 8%,the negative coincidence rate was 98. 4% and the total coincidence rate was 99. 5%; the coincidence rate of rifampin( RIF) sensitive detection was 99. 3%,the resistance coincidence rate was 99. 7% and the total coincidence rate was 99. 5%. Conclusion The quality control results of Xpert MTB/RIF in different places are good and the detection ability is maintained at a high level.
