紫外光固化钛掺杂含硼硅氧烷的制备及在3D打印材料中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 3D打印材料近年来备受关注。通过对硅氧烷树脂进行化学改性,引入钛元素和硼元素,制得紫外光固化钛掺杂含硼硅氧烷新型复合材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱进行结构分析,考察了产品的UV光固化转化率、涂膜性能等。对以紫外光固化钛掺杂含硼硅氧烷树脂为底物,考察了在3D打印材料中的性能。与同类产品比较,柔韧性和耐热性更高,固体收缩率更小。 3Dprinting material has attracted much attention in recent years.Through the study on the chemical modification of silicone resin,titanium and boron element was introduced into siloxane,and the new composite material—UVcurable titanium doped boron siloxane was prepared.Its structure was characterized with fourier infrared spectrum.The conversion rate of UV light curing and coating performance of sample were investigated in detail.UV-curable titaniumdoped borosilicate resin as a basis in 3Dprinting material,its performance was investigated.Compared with similar product,the siloxane had higher flexibility,heat resistance and less solid shrinkage rate.
