白光LED用BaSi_2O_5∶Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过高温固相合成工艺制备出白光LED用BaSi_2O_5∶Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉,通过X射线衍射、荧光光谱、紫外-可见光光谱仪对材料的晶格结构、发光特性和白光LED灯珠的光谱特性进行了测试。研究结果表明,Eu^(3+)的掺入没有改变基质的晶格结构,在Eu^(3+)掺杂浓度为5.0%(mol,摩尔分数)时,荧光粉的发射强度最高,最强激发峰为395nm,最强发射峰为614nm,通过结合紫光芯片和蓝黄荧光粉制备的白光LED灯珠,相关色温为4789K,显色指数为92,因此,BaSi2O5∶Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉是一种适合于紫光芯片应用的材料。 High temperature solid phase synthesis process was used to prepare BaSi2O5∶Eu^(3+) red phosphor for white LED.X-ray diffraction,fluorescence spectra and UV-Vis spectrophotometer were used to test the lattice structure of material,luminescence characterization and spectral characteristics of white light LED.The results showed that the lattice structure of the matrix did not change with Eu^(3+)doping,the emission intensity reached the highest value when the Eu^(3+)doping concentration of 5.0mol%,the strongest excitation peak was at 395 nm.The strongest emission peak was at 614 nm.White LED was prepared through a combination of UV chip,blue and yellow phosphors,correlated color temperature was4789 Kand color rendering index of 92.Therefore,BaSi2O5∶Eu^(3+)red phosphor was suitable material for UV chip.
