摘要
以凹凸棒土、聚四氢呋喃二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸等为主要原料制备了有机凹凸棒土/水基聚氨酯(OATP/WPU)复合乳液。OATP的透射电镜(TEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明,成功制备了季铵盐改性的凹凸棒土(ATP)纳米材料,ATP被有机化;复合材料的FTIR、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)分析表明,制备出了OATP/WPU复合乳液;热重(TG)分析表明,OATP增加了WPU的耐热性;力学性能测试数据表明,OATP质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料力学性能最佳。
An Organic modified attapulgite/waterborne polyurethane (OATP/WPU) hybrid emulsion has been prepared from attapulgite, isophorone diisocyanate, polytetramethyl- ene glycol and dimethylolpropionie acid. TEM and FTIR results of OATP indicate that ATP modified by quaternary ammonium salt is prepared. FTIR, SEM and TEM results of OATP/ WPU composites indicate that OATP/WPU hybrid emulsion is prepared. TG and mechanical test results show that the incorporation of OATP into WPU can enhance the heat resistance and mechanical properties. Specifically, the OATP/WPU composites have optimal mechanical properties when the mass ratio of OATP is 0. 5%.
