摘要
建立小儿咳喘灵颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。采用synergi polar色谱柱(菲罗门,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.092%磷酸溶液(含0.04%三乙胺和0.02%二乙胺(0.1∶99.9);检测波长:210 nm。盐酸麻黄碱在9.8×10^(-3)~98×10^(-3)μg,盐酸伪麻黄碱在9.4×10^(-3)~94×10^(-3)μg范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.16%和97.85%(n=9),RSD分别为1.40%和1.47%(n=9)。本法准确可靠,可用于小儿咳喘灵颗粒的质量控制。
A method was developed for determining the content of hydrochloric acid ephedrine and hydrochloric acidpseudoephedrine in Xiaoerkechuanling granules. The contents of hydrochloric acid ephedrine and hydrochloric acidpseudoephedrine were determined on the Synergi 5tz Polar(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column, with MeOH-0. 092%Phosphoric acid solution (with 0.04% triethylamine and 0.02% diethylamine, 0. 1 : 99.9 ) as mobile phase anddetective wavelength at 210 nm. The calibration curves of hydrochloric acid ephedrine and hydrochloric acidpseudoephedrine were liner in the range of 9.8×10^(-3)~98×10^(-3)μg and 4×10^(-3)~94×10^(-3)μg, respectively. Theaverage recoveries were 99. 16% (RSD = 1.40% , n = 9) for hydrochloric acid ephedrine and 97.85% (RSD = 1.47% , n--9) for Hydrochloric acid pseudoephedrine. The method was accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality controlof Xiaoerkechuanling granules.
