摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,智能化的生产工具不断应用到现代工业之中,其中机械手作为一种可以实现自动化定位控制和编程操作的多功能机器,在国内外工业自动化控制领域占据重要地位。机械手的驱动控制方式主要包括液压传动、气压传动以及电气传动,随着控制领域传感器技术、气动技术和计算机技术的不断成熟发展,气动技术以其控制简便、反应灵敏和造价经济等优点。本文中对基于PLC的气动机械手控制系统进行研究,以求不断推动气动机械手控制系统在各领域的广泛应用。
With the development of science and technology, intelligent production tools have been applied to modem industries, the robot as a muhifunctional machine can realize automatic positioning control and programming operation, occupies an important position in the field of industrial automation control at home and abroad. Drive control of manipulator mainly includes hydraulic drive, pneumatic drive and electric drive, with control technology, gas sensor technology and the computer technology development, pneumatic technology and its control is simple, sensitive and cost advantages and to focus on the parties. In this paper, the pneumatic manipulator control system based on PLC is studied, in order to continuously promote he pneumatic manipulator control system widely used in various fields.
