摘要
目的:建立原子吸收分光光度法测定羧甲纤维素钠中的铅、铜含量的分析方法。方法:样品经微波消解,采用石墨炉法测定铅含量,火焰法测定铜含量,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果:方法线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,精密度试验RSD为1.6%~3.0%,平均回收率为90.1%~92.1%。结论:该方法准确,稳定且无干扰,可较好地用于羧甲纤维素钠铅、铜的含量测定。
Objective:To establish an Atomic Absorption Spectrometry method for determination of Lead, Copper in Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium. Method:Samples was digesed with microwave digestion system, and the Pb were determined by graphite atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS); the Cu were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS)and examine the reproducibility and recovery of the method. Result:It was a good linear relationship, and r〉0.999, RSD was 1.6%-3.0%, and the average recovery rate was 90.1% -92.1%. Conclusion:The method is accurate and stable, can be used for the determination of Lead, Copper in Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium.
