摘要
将铁精粉制成一定形状、尺寸和强度的球团有利于铁精粉的长距离运输和后续利用。为了压制满足一定性能,且不影响铁品位的铁精粉球团,在压制球团过程中选择合适的粘结剂就非常重要。试验以巩义市金鼎粉末冶金有限公司含铁量为90.23%、-200目占93.5%的铁精粉为原料,进行了压制球团所需含水量、粘结剂种类和压球机线压比试验。结果表明,含水量为3%,粘结剂HAS405与铁精矿质量比为1.8%,压球机线压比为11 t/cm情况下,压制成型的铁精粉球团的湿球落下强度为20.0次,湿球抗压强度为181.8 N/个,干球落下强度为20.0次,干球抗压强度为2 511.2 N/个。选用该价廉有机粘结剂,可获得高强度、低杂质含量的球团,为企业创造更好的经济效益。
It is advantageous for long-distance transportation and utilization when iron powders are made into iron pellets with a certain shape,size and strength. In order to produce iron pellet to meet a certain performance and do not affect iron grade,how to select appropriate binder is very important during pelletizing process. With iron concentrate power with iron content of 90. 23% and grinding fineness of 200 mesh 93. 5% as raw materials from Jinding powder metallurgy Co.,Ltd.,in Gongyi city,experiments on such three factors as water content,the type of binder and line pressure ratio of the balling machine are carried out. Results show that under conditions of water content 3%,1. 8% mass ratio of binder HAS405 and iron powders,line pressure ratio 11 t/cm,it is indicated that wet pellet has the drop strength 20. 0 times and the wet compressive strength181. 8 N,and dry pellet has the drop strength 20. 0 times,and the dry compressive strength 2 511. 2 N. Choosing the cheap organic binder can obtain pellets with high strength and low impurities,then create more economic benefits for the enterprise.
