Preparation Process of 6.5%Si and Gradient Silicon Steel

摘要 6.5%Si高硅钢是一种磁性能优异的软磁合金,但其室温脆性严重影响了热加工性能,在轧制过程中易出现裂纹。介绍了国内外制备6.5%Si高硅钢的工艺,阐述了快速凝固、电泳沉积(EPD)、电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)、激光熔覆、热浸、熔盐电沉积、喷涂扩散等方法,以及梯度硅钢的制备工艺。指出了各种工艺的优势和不足,以及今后的发展方向。 6.5%Si high silicon steel is a kind of soft magnetic alloy with excellent magnetic properties. But its room -temperature brittleness can seriously affect the thermal processing performance, and the easily cracks occur in the rolling process. The processes for preparing 6.5% Si high silicon steel, such as rapid soild i yfing, electrical phoretic deposition, electron beam physical vapor deposition, laser cladding, hot-dip, molten salt electro-deposition and spray diffusion were illustrated in detail. The technologies of preparing gradient silicon steel were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the processes were pointed out. The developing direction in the future was prospected.
