摘要
较大水胶比下传统的竖直静置成型方法易出现组分分离,各部位均匀性较差,以水胶比为0.50的砂浆为例,采用压汞法测定养护7 d各砂浆样品的孔径分布,分析砂浆样品内部的均匀性,研究新型成型方法对砂浆均匀性的影响。结果表明,与传统竖直静置成型相比,采用新型转动装置动态成型时,平均孔径、孔隙率和孔径分布变异系数相对较小,砂浆内部组分分布均匀,没有发生集料与胶凝材料、水分离的现象,且在转动装置转速为0.1 r/min时成型结果最佳。
The traditional vertical static molding method is prone to the phenomenon of separation of components under the larger water binder ratio.Thus,the uniformity of each part of the test block is poor.Take the cement mortar with water-cement ratio of 0.50 as an example.The pore size distribution data of mortar samples in 7 days curing time were obtained by mercury intrusion porosimetry,the uniformity of the mortar samples were analyzed,the effects of new molding methods on the uniformity of high water cement ratio cement mortar were studied. Studies have shown that compared with the traditional vertical static molding method, new molding method will make the average pore size,porosity and the variation coefficient of pore size distribution are relatively small,the internal distribution of components is relatively uniform.And there is no separation occurred of aggregate and cementitious materials, water, when the rotation speed is 0.1 r/min, the test result is the best.
