摘要
目的比较PBL教学法和传统教学法在社区护理带教中的效果及对教学质量的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年12月至社区卫生服务中心实习的护生151人,其中大专60人,本科生91人,随机分为观察组(75人)与对照组(76人)。对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组则采用PBL教学模式。实习表现综合评价方式:建立一份家庭健康档案;书写一份慢性病人居家护理病历;完成一份社区护理测试试卷。观察两组实习护士实习结束时的各项综合能力以及带教老师对护生的满意度和护生对带教老师的满意度。结果两组均完成家庭健康建档、护理病历书写以及试卷测试。观察组在基础护理、专业操作、理论知识、法律意识以及职业道德等方面的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组带教老师对护生的满意度为92.0%(69/75);对照组带教老师对护生的满意度为81.6%(62/76),两组之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教老师的满意度为93.3%(70/75),对照组护生对带教老师的满意度为84.2%(64/76),两组之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在社区护理带教中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效提升护生的各方面能力,有助于保障教学质量,从而推动护生的全面发展。
Objective To compare the PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method in community nursing teaching in the effect and quality of teaching. Methods 151 nursing students in community health service center from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected,including 60 college,undergraduate students 91.They were randomly divided into observation group(75) and the control group(76).The control group was used the conventional teaching mode,the observation group was used the PBL teaching mode.Teaching practice performance comprehensive evaluation method:establishing a family health record,writing a chronic patient home nursing records,a community nursing test. The comprehensive abilities of the two groups of nurses at the end of the internship were observed,and the satisfaction of the teachers with the nursing students and the satisfaction degree of the nursing students towards the teachers were observed. Results two groups completed family health file,nursing records and test test.The observation group in basic nursing,professional operation,theoretical knowledge,legal consciousness and occupation moral score etc. was higher than the control group(P 〈 0.05).The satisfaction of teaching faculty to nursing students in observaton group was 92%(69/75),and the control group was 81.6%(62/76),the differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing students towards teaching faculty was 93.3%(70/75),the control group was 84.2%(64/76),there was significant difference between the two groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method in community nursing teaching has good application effect.It can effectively enhance the nursing students various aspects ability,help to ensure the quality of teaching,so as to promote the all-round development of students.
