摘要
目的观察体外冲击波治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 2016年1~12月我科根据美国国立卫生研究院诊断标准选择Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者18例,使用体外冲击波治疗,每周治疗1回,每回冲击3000次,4周为1个疗程。随访所有患者治疗前及治疗后慢性前列腺炎症状指数、国际前列腺症状评分、国际勃起功能指数的变化,观察体外冲击波治疗在Ⅲ型前列腺炎中的疗效。结果所有患者均在门诊治疗,无不良反应发生。结果显示体外冲击波治疗在缓解患者疼痛和下尿路梗阻症状方面差异有统计学意义,但在改善患者性功能方面效果不明显。结论体外冲击波治疗能够缓解患者的疼痛,并能改善患者下尿路梗阻症状,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for Type m Prostatitis. Methods 18 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis according to the National Institutes of health diagnostic criteria in our department from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, 1 times a week, 3000 times a week, and 4 weeks for 1 courses. All patients were followed up before and after treatment with chronic prostatitis symptom index, international prostate symptom score, and international index of erectile function. Efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy in type Ⅲ prostatitis was observed. Results All the patients were treated in the outpatient department, and no adverse reactions occurred. The results showed that extracorporeal shock wave treatment had significant difference in relieving pain and lower urinary tract obstruction symptoms, but it was not effective in improving sexual function of patients. Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave therapy can relieve the pain, and improve the symptoms of lower urinary tract obstruction. It is a safe and effective treatment.
