摘要
目的探索建立心血管外科专业标准化患者团队,并对其临床教学应用效果进行评价与分析。方法招募我科医师或护士10名参与SP培训;将本院五年制及八年制临床专业见习生分为实验组与对照组,分别接受SP模式教学和传统见习模式教学,通过多元化考核(SP模式考核及传统模式考核)评价教学效果并进行问卷调查。结果 SP模式考核成绩实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=11.871,P<0.01);传统模式考核两组学生成绩差异无统计学意义(t=1.482,P>0.05);问卷调查结果显示,绝大多数SP培训参与者及实验组学员对SP模式教学持积极态度。结论建立心血管外科专业SP团队具有较高可行性,SP教学模式在心血管外科临床教学中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore how to establish the cardiovascular surgical professional Standardized patient(SP) team and evaluate its effect in clinical education. Methods 10 doctors or nurses in our department were recruited to participate in the SP training.5-year and 8-year program clinical professional trainee of our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group,accepting SP mode or traditional mode in clinical education respectively.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by comprehensive methods (SP model test or Traditional model test) and questionnaire. Results Students in experimental group were obviously superior than those in control group in average score of SP model test,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.871, P 〈 0.01).While,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in traditional model test(t=-1.482, P 〉 0.05).Questionnaire showed that most of the SP training participants and the experimental group members hold a positive attitude to SP mode education. Conclusion It is highly feasible to establish the cardiovascular surgery professional SP team,and the SP model has high application value in the clinical education of cardiovascular surgery.
