石化企业的调度和管理装置逐渐进入周期性的维护运行机制,这就要对企业设备的安全运行风险增大提出定期的排查和隐患整治工作的要求。加强石化企业的调查管理力度,在助力装置平稳运行、平稳操作的情况下,保证石化企业的优化运行,才能实现降低能耗、增强生产时效的工作效果。
