摘要
改革开放以来,国家出台的一系列高等学校人事政策和相关法规,对高等教育事业的改革发展起到了重要的推动作用。从职称评审、编制管理、岗位设置、考核评价、薪酬制定、教师任用六个方面,对高校人事政策进行分类纵向梳理,展现其各自演变过程及内在联系,并对改革方向和改革路径进行了分析。
Since the reform and opening, our country has formulated a series of important regulations and policies relating to colleges and universities reform of personnel system, which has played an important role in promoting the reform and development of higher education. The paper has made a longitudinal classification from six aspects, namely title judgment, personnel management, post establishment, job assessment, salary rating and appointment institution, showingthe evolution and connection of each aspect, and analyzed the reform direction and reform path.
