摘要
大学科研成果的成功技术转化是世界大多数国家促进经济发展的共同途径。加州大学圣地亚哥分校、剑桥大学和新加坡国立大学作为世界一流大学高度重视技术转化政策、理念和相应组织机制的构建,在科研成果技术转化的理念和政策上共同强调校内外合作和高水平人才的引进;在运作机制上则分别设置了概念证明中心、剑桥企业和新加坡企业组织构架来为技术转化工作保驾护航。总结归纳三所一流大学在技术转化上的发展和运作机制,对我国高校技术转化在鼓励不同创新主体参与、组织机制构建和引进高水平创新创业人才等方面提供了参考价值和借鉴意义。
The successful technology transfer of university research is the common way to promote economic development in most countries around the world. As the world-class universities in the world, University of San Diego, Cambridge University and National University of Singapore pay muchattention to the establishment of the idea, policies and organization mechanism, which commonly emphasize industry- university -research cooperative innovation mechanism and recruit high -level innovative and entrepreneurship talents. While in operational mechanism three Universities are implementing Proof of Concept Center, Cambridge Enterprise and National University Singapore Enterprise respectively. The three world-class universities provide the references in the construction of innovative subjects,organizational mechanism and the introduction of innovative and entrepreneurship talents in the technology transfer of Chinese Universities.
