有限元和有限体积法结合的油浸式变压器温度场计算方法 被引量:8

摘要 油浸式电力变压器是电网中的重要设备。为了准确得到油浸变压器的温度场,文章经过对比有限元和有限体积法的各自优点,提出了一种新的变压器温度场分布的混合计算方法;以一台110 kV/31.5 MVA变压器为例建立立体模型,并利用有限元和有限体积混合方法,得到变压器的温度场分布结果。通过对比运行监测到的变压器顶层油温数据和混合方法得到的计算结果,结果表明,混合计算方法的计算结果与监测数据的平均误差只有1.6℃,证明了这种计算方法能更准确计算油浸式变压器的温度场。 Oil immersed transformer is an important equipment of power system. In order to accurately calculate the temperature field of oil immersed transformers, a hybrid method which is based on comparison of respective advantages of the finite element method (FEM) and finite volume method (FVM) is proposed in this paper. It takes a transform- er of 110 kV/31.5 MVA as example, using mixed method of finite element method and finite volume method, the three-dimensional temperature field of transformer is calculated. By comparing the data of top oil temperature of transformer monitored by the operating transformer and the solution calculated by mixed method, the margin error of the hot spot temperature is only 1.6℃ , which proves that this hybrid method can accurately calculate the internal temperature field of oil immersed transformer.
