摘要
结合辽宁工业经济发展的现状,对辽宁省工业转型升级面临的问题进行深入分析,并针对这些问题提出了辽宁省工业经济转型升级的对策,如调整工业经济结构,推动技术革新与自主创新,强化政府部门服务意识,建立吸引人才的有效制度等。
Based on the present condition of industrial economic development in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the problems and obstacles of industrial transformation and upgrading in Liaoning Province,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems,such as adjusting industrial economic structure and promoting technological innovation and autonomy Innovation,strengthening government service awareness,establishing an effective system to attract talent etc.
