摘要
针对某钨矿山多金属硫化矿的矿石性质特点,开展了优先浮钼—铜铋混合浮选工艺、优先浮钼—浮铜—浮铋工艺和钼铜混合浮选—浮铋—浮锌的工艺流程对比试验,结果表明:采用钼铜混合浮选—浮铋—浮锌的全流程工艺,可获得含钼53.50%、回收率为92.72%的钼精矿,含铋11.30%、回收率为58.71%的铋精矿,含铜22.89%、回收率为87.62%的铜精矿,含锌55.28%、回收率为73.22%的锌精矿;而且铋精矿中含银9 000 g/t、含铅58.23%,回收率分别为66.89%、77.40%;同时浮选尾矿进一步回收可获得含钨38.52%、回收率为79.57%的钨精矿,实现了钼、铋、铜、锌、铅和钨的综合回收。
According to the characteristics of the ore properties of the polymetallic sulfide ore in a tungsten mine,the comparison researches of the principle processes of Mo priority flotation-Cu-Bi mixed flotation,Mo priority flotation-Cu flotation-Bi flotation and Mo-Cu mixed flotation-Bi flotation-Zn flotation were conducted.The results showed that the Mo concentrate with Mo grade of 53.5% and recovery of 92.72%,the Bi concentrate with Bi grade of 11.3% and recovery of 58.71%,the Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 22.89% and recovery of 87.62%,and the Zn concentrate with Zn grade of 55.28% and recovery of 73.22% were obtained by using the principle process of Mo-Cu mixed flotation-Bi flotation-Zn flotation,respectively.It is found that the silver of 9000 g/t with the recovery of 66.89% and the lead of 58.23% with the recovery of 77.4% can be obtained in Bi concentrate respectively.The tungsten concentrate with the WO_3 grade of 38.52% and recovery of 79.57% can be obtained from the flotation tailings by conducting shaking table separation.
