吹脱法处理油田集输系统污水中H_2S小型工艺试验 被引量:6

Small Scale Process Experiment on H_2S Removal by the Blow-off Method from Sewage in the Oilfield Gathering and Transportation System

摘要 针对国内油田集输系统污水中H_2S的成因,在吹脱法的基础上对脱除H_2S装置进行优化设计,建立了二级连续吹脱污水中H_2S的工艺流程,并对吉林油田某采油厂污水进行单因素吹脱实验,考察不同操作条件下工艺参数对污水H_2S吹脱效率的影响。实验结果表明:在采用HCl为调节剂,调节pH值为6.0,吹脱温度为60℃,吹脱气流量为5 000 mL/min,含油浓度为200 mL/g的条件下,油田污水中H_2S的脱除率可达到99%,吹脱尾气与Pb(CH_3COO)_2反应生成的黑色沉淀PbS可以回收直接利用;降低pH值、升高温度和增加吹脱气流量可有效提升H_2S脱除率。 According to the forming reason of H2S in the domestic oilfield gathering and transportation system,and based on the blow-off method,the H2S removal device is optimized,and the process flow to continuously blow off H2S in two stages from oilfield sewage is established. A single factor blow-off experiment is conducted to the sewage in an oil production plant in Jilin Oilfield,investigating the influ-ence of processing parameters under different operating conditions on the efficiency of H2S removal from sewage. Experimental results show that when HCl is used as a regulator, adjusting pH value is 6.6, stripping temperature is 60℃,blow-off air flow rate is 5000 mL/min and oil concentration is 200 mL/g, the removal efficiency of H2S from oilfield sewage can reach 99%. Blow-off tail gas reacts with the Pb (CH3COO)2 and then generates black precipitate PbS, which can be recycled directly. Lowering pH value,increasing temperature and blow-off airflow rate can effectively increase the H2S removal rate.
