摘要
介绍了矿用隔爆兼本质安全型变频调速一体机的研制过程,重点电机变频调速原理,电磁设计和结构设计,运用ANSYS有限元进行软件对电磁设计和结构设计进行了分析优化设计,介绍了一体机的优越性。对该电机的性能、创新性及技术经济性进行了分析。
This paper introduces the research and development processes of flameproof and intrinsically-safe variable-frequency adjustable-speed integrated machine used in mine, and emphatically describes variable- frequency adjustable-speed principle, electromagnetic design and structural design. The electromagnetic design' and structural design of the machine are ana- lyzed and optimized by ANSYS finite-element software, and superiority of the machine is intro- duced. The performance, innovation and technical economy of the machine are analyzed.
