摘要 为了解上海国际航运中心发展高端航运服务业的人才需求状况,通过问卷调查、重点走访等方法,调研航运企事业单位对海事语言及复合型人才在外语能力、航运专业能力、职业素养等方面的要求,分析外国语学院毕业生的就业取向及能力短板,提出跨专业招生、第二专业、模块式课程、共建实习基地等建议。 In order to understand the talent demand of high-end shipping service of Shanghai Intemational Shipping Center, the interviews and surveys are conducted to look into the requirements of shipping institutions and businesses for maritime language and inter-disciplinary talent on the foreign language ability, shipping knowledge and professionalism, The employment orientation and capacity gap of students in the foreign languages college are analyzed. The suggestions such as cross-professional enrollment, the second major, modular curriculum, co-building of practice base are presented.
