摘要
利用PubMed分面检索与聚类分析系统(PubmedPlus),对11所原各军区总医院科技论文的发文量、多产作者、来源期刊、重点学科与热词进行聚类分析,评价大型综合性军队医院的医学科研状况与特点。对文献统计结果的分析表明,原各军区总医院年度发文量呈现梯次增长,南京总医院的研究水平与规模处于原各军区总院的前列;各总医院发文期刊级别与论文质量有待提高;各医院优势学科已形成但军事医学特色不明显;军队医院人才梯队建设尚需加强整体发展。
To evaluate the status and characteristics of medical research in military moder military hospitals,the articles issued by 11 general hospitals of former military regions were analyzed from 5 aspects： publication years,main authors,source journals,key disciplines and high-frequency subject terms based on PubmedPlus. The statistical results showed that the numbers of annual published articles have been increasing by echelon scale in 11 general hospitals,especially in Nanjing general hospital,which far exceeded other hospitals. Discipline construction also exist some shortages,such as the journal level and the quality of the papers need to be improved,not prominent in military medicine characteristic,and talent construction should be strengthened in overall development.
