摘要
莱芜分公司炼铁厂新二区原料场除尘设备与主体设备开停机不同步,通过技术改造,实现了除尘设备与原料场主体设备同步启停,同步进行风门调节,在满足清洁生产要求的同时,达到了节能降耗,减员增效的目的。
For the asynchronous startup and shutdown problem of dedusting equipment and main equipments at Xinerqu stock yard in the ironmaking plant of Laiwu branch company, through implementation of technical innovation, the synchronous startup and shutdown of dedusting equipment and main equipments was realized, and adjusting the air door in synchronization, then at the same time the requirements of cleaner production was met, the purposes of energy saving, consumption reducing and downsizing for efficiency were realized.
