摘要
目的探讨基于问题的学习教学法(PBL)联合病例导入式教学法(CBS)的教学模式在神经外科教学查房中的作用。方法以2016年10月~2017年4月实习学生120例作为实验组,采用PBL与CBS相结合的教学模式进行教学查房;将2016年4月~2016年9月采用传统教学方法进行教学查房的实习学生116例作为对照组。比较两组学生应用不同教学查房模式后的理论考试成绩合格率及满意率。结果经不同教学模式教学后,实验组学生理论考试成绩合格率(100.00%)明显高于对照组的81.03%,实验组学生对带教模式的满意率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的85.34%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的带教模式比较,PBL联合CBS教学模式在神经外科教学查房中应用效果显著,能够提升学生的理论考试成绩合格率和学生对教学查房的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of the teaching mode which combines problem based learning (PBL) with case based study (CBS) in neurosurgery teaching rounds.Methods 120 externs were treated with the combination of PBL and CBS in neurosurgery teaching rounds between October 2016 and April 2017 (as experiment group),while the previous 116 externs were treated with the traditional mode in teaching rounds between April 2016 and September 2016 (as control group). The qualified rates of theoretic examination and the extern satisfaction were compared between the two groups after ap- plication of different teaching modes.Results Through application of different teaching modes,the qualified rate of theo- retic examination in the experiment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (100.00% vs. 81.03%), and the teaching mode satisfaction in the experiment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (95.83% vs.85.34%),and there were statistically significant difference in both comparisons (P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of the combination mode of PBL and CBS in neurosurgery teaching rounds is better than that of the traditional teaching mode, which can obviously improve the qualified rate of theoretic examination and the teaching mode satisfaction.
