摘要
锡膏泵送装置是选择性波峰焊的关键部件。在传统的机械式锡膏泵送装置的基础上,将锡锅组件和锡泵组件等核心部件设计成全封闭式结构,而且在锡液喷嘴处添加氮气保护装置,避免了锡液与空气的接触,大大降低了焊渣等焊接垃圾的产生量,提高了焊接质量,既节能又环保。
The solder paste pumping device is the key component of selective wave soldering. Based on the traditional mechanical solder paste pumping device, the core components of the tin pot assembly and the tin pump assembly are designed to a closed structure, and a nitrogen protection device is added at the nozzle of the tin liquid. Then, the tin liquid can＇t contact with the air because of them. Result, it improves the welding quality, and it is both energy saving and environmental protection.
