摘要
魔芋产业是一种新兴的朝阳产业,广泛应用于食品、医药、化工、石油、纺织等行业。文章阐述近30年来湖南魔芋产业的开发价值、现状与前景,指出湖南魔芋产业存在的问题,并提出发展对策及建议。
Amorphaphallus konjac industry has become a new sunrise industry, widely used in food, medicine, chemical, petroleum, textile and other industries. To provide the basis for further research and development, under-forestry economy in Hunan province, the progress in the research of the development value, present situation and prospect are summarized. The existing problems and countermeasures ofAmorphaphallus konjac industry in Hunan are studied also.
