摘要
为了满足各种接触面之间的压力(牙齿咬合力、握力,气压等)测量,提出了基于Flexiforce(可弯曲)传感器的压力测量方案设计。该设计采用恒压驱动模式,以ARM处理器为核心,根据传感器的G-P(电导-压力)对照关系,并结合R-P(电阻-压力)特性值标定技术,实现高精度压力测量。经验证,该设计通过建立精确的G-P转换关系,使得传感器测量精度提升;工作最低功耗为10.89μW,保证压力测量的稳定性、可靠性。特别是在0~60 N测量范围内,测量精度高达0.5%。
In order to meet the pressure measurement between different contact surfaces( the teeth bite force,grip strength,pressure etc),a design of pressure measurement scheme based on Flexiforce( flexible) sensor was proposed.The design used constant pressure,with ARM processor as the core,according to the sensor conductance-pressure( G-P) linear relationship,combine the G-P calibration technique of sensor to realize the pressure measurement of sensor.After verification,through constructing good G-P linear conversion relationship,so that the sensor's measurement accuracy is improved; the minimum power consumption of the design is 10.89 μW to ensure the stability and reliability of the pressure measurement.In the measurement range of 0 ~ 60 N,the measurement accuracy is as high as 0.5%.
