木耳提取物和余渣的止咳化痰功效 被引量:10

Improved Control of Moist Cough Symptoms with Auricularia auricular Water Extract and Extraction Residue

摘要 采用水提法获得木耳(Auricularia auricula)提取物和余渣,并借助中药清肺润肺小鼠模型研究它们的止咳化痰功效。结果表明:提取物和余渣得率分别为12.3%和71.6%;3 min内提取物高剂量组(200mg/kg·d)咳嗽次数为(7.67±3.28),余渣高剂量组咳嗽次数为(7.75±3.28),两者与空白对照组咳嗽次数(21.25±3.37)之间均存在极显著性差异(P<0.01),说明提取物和余渣都有显著的止咳作用;虽然提取物和余渣的小鼠酚红排泌量增加幅度均高于阳性对照组,但仅余渣高剂量组与阳性对照组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),说明余渣化痰效果优于提取物。 Aqueous extract and the residue of Auriculariaauriculafruit bodies from water extraction were evaluated for their effects on treating moist cough using the ammonia-induced mice cough model.The recover rate of aqueous extract and residue were 12.3% and 71.6%,respectively.Cough frequency in high dose group(200 mg/kg)of extract and residue were 7.67±3.28 and 7.75±3.28 respectively,which were significantly less than the cough frequency of the control(P〈0.01),suggesting that both aqueous extract and residue had significant cough-relieving effect.Compared to the positive control group,phenol red secretion from mice were increased in aqueous extract and residue treatment groups.However,only the high residue dosage group showed a statistically significant difference compared to the positive control(P〈0.05),suggesting the residue had a superior effect on treating moist cough than the aqueous extract.
