工商管理教学案例的课堂检验探讨 被引量:13

摘要 案例教学现已成为国内商学院的重要教学形式,案例开发也成为商学院教师教学研究工作的重要组成部分。案例开发的最后环节就是将已经开发好的案例文稿拿到课堂加以检验,以确保所开发的教学案例在实施案例课堂教学时具有适用性,而目前相关研究几乎是空白。因此,本文对管理案例开发的课堂检验进行了界定,构建了案例课堂检验的知识点明确性、案例知识线和情节线清晰性、案例问题的可识别性的检验逻辑结构,刻画了思考题的启发性、分析思路的可用性、理论依据的合理性与案例教学目标的检验循环图,强调了教学计划的可行性检验,以供教学案例开发者在案例开发中进行课堂检验时参考。 Case teaching has become an important teaching method in business schools in China,and case development has also become an important part in teaching and research for teachers in business schools.The last step in case development is testing the case draft in class to make sure that the case can be applied to case teaching.However,there is a research gap about case trial procedure.Therefore,this paper firstly defines the class trial of management teaching cases,then builds a structure for the class trial to test whether the key knowledge in the case is specified,the knowledge line and story line are clarified and the questions about the case are identifiable.The paper also delineates the cycle of testing case questions,analyzing track,theoretical basis and the teaching goal,and emphasizes the feasibility test of teaching plan.This paper can provide reference for teaching case developers in carrying out the class trial.
