摘要
目的探究儿童急性下呼吸道感染的临床特点,并进行治疗分析.方法选取 2 0 1 5年 9 月-2 0 1 6年 9 月间本院儿 科收治的急性下呼吸道感染患儿 3 8 2 例,对所有患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结儿童急性下呼吸道感染的临床特点,并对其治疗措施进行分析.结果 3 8 2例患儿中,以 6 个月之下年龄的患儿的发病率最高,其 次 为 7 - 1 2 个月;男：女= 1 . 1 ：1;多发于冬春季节;部分患儿可能存在基础疾病.3 8 2例患儿中,以毛细支气管炎及肺炎的发病率较高;主要临床表现为咳 嗽,闻及哮鸣音;部分患儿可能会出现院内感染;病原学检测结果提示,呼吸道合胞病毒 RSV（ ＋ ）最为广泛;所有患儿在进 行抗病毒对症治疗后,无 1 例患儿死亡,有 3 1 5例（ 82. 5% ）痊愈 , 5 9例 （ 15. 4% ）好转 ,未愈自动出院 8 例 （ 2. 1 % ） .结论 儿童急性下呼吸道感染者,多见于6个月以下、冬春季节,部分可能会合并有基础疾病,以呼吸道合胞病毒感染最为常见,多数 患儿在进行对症及抗病毒治疗后,能够取得较好的治疗效果.
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment analysis of children with acute lower re-spiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 382 children with acute lower respiratory tract infection were enrolled in our study from September 2015 to September 2016. The clinical data of all children were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the clini-cal characteristics of acute lower respiratory tract infection. Treatment measures were analyzed. Results Among the 382 chil-dren ,the children younger than 6 months had the highest incidence, followed by the children aged from 7 to 12 months. The ration of male to female was 1. 1：1. Winter and spring was the disease season. Some children might have basic disease. The in-cidence of bronchiolitis and pneumonia was higher among the 382 children. Major clinical manifestations were cough, smell and wheeze. Some children might be nosocomial infected. The results of pathogenic test indicated that respiratory syncytial virus RSV （ ＋ ） was the most extensive. None children died after the antiviral symptomatic treatment, 315 cases （82. 5%） recov-ered ,59 cases （15. 4%） improved, and 8 cases （2. 1%） autonomous discharge without healed. Conclusion The acute lower re-spiratory tract infection is commonly seen in children under 6 months, winter and spring season. Some children may be com-bined with underlying disease, especially respiratory syncytial virus infection. The symptomatic and antiviral treatment may a-chieve better clinical efficacy.
