摘要
研究了突发性重金属(Cu^(2+))进水对活性污泥去除COD和NH_3-N速率的影响,并观察了污泥沉降性和微生物等其他指标的变化,采取污泥置换和增加曝气量的方式进行了应急处置。试验结果表明,Cu^(2+)对去除COD活性50%抑制浓度为23 mg/L,对NH_3-N降解活性50%抑制浓度为33 mg/L。污泥置换可以快速有效提高COD和NH_3-N的去除速率,分别提高1.62倍和1.09倍,而增加曝气量的方式则不利于污泥活性恢复。
Effect of influent with unexpected heavy metal( Cu^2+ ) on removal of COD and NH3 -N by activated sludge is introduced. And the effects of sludge settlement of microorganism and other indicators are introduced. By sludge replacement and increasing aeration for emergency disposal, the experimental results show that the concentration of Cu^2+ inhibited the activity of COD removal by 50% is 23 mg/L, and NH3-N is 33 mg/L. Sludge replacement can effectively improve the removal rate of COD and NH3-N by 1.62 times and 1.09 times. However, the way of increasing aeration is not conducive to the recovery of activated sludge activity.
