右美托咪定对腹腔镜肾切除术患者应激反应中胰岛素抵抗的影响效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:在腹腔镜肾切除术患者的麻醉中应用右美托咪定,探讨其对应激反应中胰岛素抵抗的影响效果,以期探索有效麻醉措施。方法:选择本科2016年7月至2017年7月收治的40例腹腔镜肾切除术患者,随机分为右美托咪定组(简称观察组)与生理盐水组(简称对照组),每组各20例。观察并记录两组患者的麻醉前(T0)、气腹后(T1)、气腹即刻解除(T2)、及拔管后10min(T3)的MAP、HR及各时间点的FBG、FINs、IR指数。结果:在T0时间段,两组患者的HR、MAP及FBG、FINs、IR均无明显差异(P>0.05);在T1、T2、T3时间段,与对照组比较,观察组HR、MAP及FBG、FINs均降低明显,IR则升高明显,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定可较好的缓解腹腔镜肾切除术患者应激反应中胰岛素抵抗现象,维持生命体征平稳。
