摘要 目的探讨Flash动画在外科学教学中的应用效果。方法以2014级临床专业4个班共220名学生为实验对象,随机分成2组,每组110人。对照组采用传统方式进行外科学教学;实验组采用Flash动画教学平台进行教学。结果实验组达到教学目标人数为104(94.5%),与对照组达到教学目标人数92(83.6%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组在完全掌握和掌握的人数分别为31(28.2%)、43(39.1%)和22(20.0%)、37(33.6%),经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析考核各题型成绩分布特点,理解分析型选择题、简答题和病例分析题,实验组与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Flash动画演示与PPT课件、Word课件等比较,能增强学生对知识点的理解和应用,提高了学生的学习积极性,训练了临床思维,有效提高了该课程教学质量。 Objective To explore the effect of Flash animation applied in surgery teaching. Methods A total of 220 clinical medicine students of four classes in Grade 2014 were randomly divided into ex-perimental group and control group, with 110 students in each. The control group received the traditional teaching of surgery. In experimental group teaching was conducted on Flash animation teaching platform. Results The number of students who achieved teaching objectives was 104 (94.5%) compared with 92 (83.6 %) in control group (P〈C0.05) with a significant difference. In experimental group and control group, the number of students who fully grasped and mastered what had been learned was 31 (28.2%), 43 (39.1%), 22 (20.0%) , and 37 (3 3 .6%) with significant differences (P〈C0 .0 5 ) . Th e distribution characteristics of each test question were analyzed. Analysis of experimental group and control group showed a significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with P P T courseware and Word cour-seware ,Flash animation demonstration can enhance students' understanding and application of knowledge points, improve their enthusiasm for learning, train their clinical thinking, and comprehensively improve the teaching quality of the course.
