摘要
本文从药代动力学角度入手,对黄柏中生物碱类成分的研究现状展开综述。收集50余篇国内外相关文献,整理并分析,阐述黄柏生物碱体内药代动力学过程,深入探讨该生物碱经口服后在肠道内的吸收与转运、体内的组织分布、代谢及排泄情况,重点关注复方配伍用药时体内各环节可能产生的相互作用,提出新的研究思路,以期为黄柏中生物碱类成分的剂型设计、新药研发、临床合理用药提供有益参考。
The article reviewed the research on pharmacokinetics of alkaloids in Phellodendron,in order to provide useful reference for dosage form design,new drug development and clinical rational use.By collecting and analyzing more than50 articles,this paper discussed the pharmacokinetics process of the alkaloids by oral administration,including integrated absorption and transport in gastrointestinal,tissue distribution,metabolic pathway and products,different components interactions（ synergistic or restriction effect） which further set up the prospects.
