摘要
目的分析老年呼吸道感染的临床护理要点。方法方便选择该院自2015年7月—2016年8月期间收治的老年呼吸道感染患者70例,依据患者护理方法差异性均分两组。实施常规护理的35例患者为参照组,实施针对性护理干预的35例患者为研究组,最后对两组老年呼吸道感染患者的护理效果进行统计和总结。结果经不同方法护理后,研究组患者的护理总有效率(96.2%)同参照组护理总有效率(80.0%)进行比对明显较高,组间数据结果经检验后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度(100.0%)同参照组护理满意度(80.0%)进行比对明显较高,组间数据结果经检验后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率(2.9%)同参照组并发症发生率(22.9%)进行比对明显较低,组间数据结果经检验后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年呼吸道感染患者实施针对性护理干预,可以使其病情快速康复,患者住院期间的满意度也会明显提升,可在临床上进一步实践和普及。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical nursing essentials of elderly respiratory tract infection.Methods 70 cases of elderly patients with respiratory tract infection admitted in this hospital from July 2015 to August2016 were convenient selection and divided into two groups according to the difference of nursing methods. 35 cases of routine nursing care were included in the reference group, 35 patients of targeted care intervention were included in the study group, and then the curative effect of the two groups of elderly patients with respiratory tract infection was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment with different methods, the total effective rate was 96.2% in the study group, significantly higher than that in the control group of 80.0%. The data between the two groups were tested,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The scores of nursing care was 100% in the study group, significantly higher than that in the control group of 80.0%, and the data between the groups were tested,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The incidence of complications was 2.9% in the study group, significantly lower than that in the control group of 22.9%, and the data between the two groups were tested,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Targeted care intervention for patients with respiratory tract infection in the elderly can make the disease recover quickly, improves the satisfaction of patients during hospitalization, so it is worth further clinical practice and popularization.
