摘要
目的探究CT和MRI在急性颅脑损伤诊断中的应用效果。方法方便选择该院2014年1月—2016年12月收治的102例急性颅脑损伤患者,所有患者均采用CT和MRI诊断,分析两种诊断结果与手术病理学证实结果的符合情况。结果 CT诊断颅内血肿符合率为93.10%,颅骨骨折符合率为100.00%,颅内血肿和颅骨骨折检出符合率显著高于MRI(P<0.05);MRI诊断颞叶损伤符合率为90.00%、额叶损伤符合率为92.86%、额颞叶损伤符合率为90.00%、顶枕叶损伤符合率100.00%,均显著高于CT检出率(P<0.05)。结论急性颅脑损伤CT诊断中可直观观察患者颅内出血情况,做出初步诊断,MRI可进行断层分析,正确掌握患者颅脑损伤血管出血及血肿情况进行分型评级,两者优势互补,可采用CT联合MRI诊断方法用于急性颅脑损伤,使诊断结果更为准确,可以有效缩短颅脑外伤患者的诊断时间,为患者的及时诊治提供时间,对于提高患者的诊断率、提高治疗效率具有重要意义。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application effect of CT and MRI on the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury. Methods 102 patients with acute craniocerebral injury treated in this hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and diagnosed by CT and MRI. The results of two kinds of diagnosis were compared with those of pathology. Results The coincidence rate of intracranial hematoma was 93.10% by CT diagnosis and the coincidence rate of craniocerebral fracture was 100.00%. The coincidence rate of intracranial hematoma and skull fracture was significantly higher by CT than that by MRI（P〈0.05）. The coincidence rate of MRI was 90.00%, the frontal lobe lesion coincidence rate was 92.86%, the frontal temporal lobe lesion coincidence rate was 90.00%, the top occipital lobe lesion coincidence rate was 100.00%, which were significantly higher than the CT detection rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury can effectively observe the intracranial hemorrhage in patients, make a preliminary diagnosis,MRI can carry out fault analysis, correctly grasp the craniocerebral injury and hematoma status classification of patients, the two advantages complemented each other. CT diagnosis combined with MRI for acute craniocerebral injury can make the diagnosis results more accurate, can effectively shorten the diagnosis time of patients with craniocerebral injury, and provide time for the timely diagnosis and treatment of patients, which is of great significance to improve the diagnosis rate and the treatment efficiency.
