幼儿园教师幼儿发展评价实践的调查研究 被引量:11

摘要 对上海市60所幼儿园的调查显示,有关教师幼儿发展评价的内容较为全面,与评价目的保持一致;评价主体为带班教师和幼儿;评价方法和工具以观察法与轶事记录为主;评价途径多为一日活动自然情境;评价类型兼顾形成性评价和终结性评价;评价结果分析目的在于了解幼儿现实的发展水平,结果能经常得到反馈利用;评价效果总体较好。但实践中存在评价主体教师所占比例不高等问题;存在教师时间、精力有限,评价对象多的主要困难,以及迫切需要一套完整的评价指标和方案。
