摘要
采用超对数随机前沿模型测算了中国2000—2014年省际工业绿色增长效率,并对其区域差异和空间相关性进行分析。在此基础上,采用空间计量模型对我国省区的工业绿色增长效率的影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:我国省际工业绿色增长效率较低,但呈现出不断上升的趋势,且各省区增长效率存在极大的地区差异;空间自相关Moran's I检验显示,省际工业绿色增长效率不仅存在着显著的空间相关性,还存在着明显的集群趋势;空间计量模型结果表明,工业经济发展水平、高新科技对工业绿色增长效率的影响为正,能源消费结构、产业结构、政府干预的影响为负。而工业规模结构的影响不显著。基于上述结论,提出差别化的政策建议。
By using the stochastic frontier model, this paper calculate the efficiency of inter provincial industrial green growth in 2000-2014. The regional differences and spatial correlation are analyzed. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the efficiency of industrial green growth in China's provinces and cities by using the spatial econometric model. The results show that: China's inter provincial industrial green growth efficiency is low, but showing a rising trend, and there is a great regional differences in the growth efficiency of each province. Spatial autocorrelation Moran's I test shows that there is not only a signifi- cant spatial correlation, but also a significant cluster trend. The spatial LISA diagram shows that the inter provincial industrial green growth efficiency has both spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity. The level of industrial economic development and the impact of high and new technology on the efficiency of industrial green growth are positive. The influence of industrial scale structure is not sig- nificant. Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
