摘要
北京市开展学习型城市示范区评估工作已有十余年。在后示范区时代,北京市教委敦促北京市西城区等八个区进行学习型城市成果展示活动,充分展现了北京市各区在学习型城市建设中不断完善体制和机制建设的努力,积极转变思路,整合城市多方资源,在创建中始终融汇传统文化,提升城乡经济水平,引入数字化学习平台。为进一步加强建设工作仍需不断学习理论知识,落实可持续发展观。
It already has been over ten years that Beijing launched evaluation of demonstration region of Learning Cities Project.During post-evaluation period,Beijing Education Committee urged eight districts of Beijing to display their achievement exhibitions,which fully showed their efforts of improving learning-district system and mechanism by changing ideas positively,integration of resources,combining the traditional culture,promoting the development of economy as well as introducing digital learning methods.In order to enhance the ability of building learning districts in the future,Beijing still need to clarify the notion of Learning Cities and implement the idea of sustainable development.
