摘要
减定径机是钢铁冶金行业重要的设备之一,但该设备故障发生率较高,针对傅立叶变换、短时傅立叶变换(STFT)和维格纳-威利时频分布(WVD)等传统的分析方法分析结果较差的问题,提出了多源解耦、盲源分离相融合的方法。该方法把传感器收集到的信号通过多源解耦技术实现盲源分离,再通过希尔伯特变换和共振解调技术得到故障信号,将理论上的计算频率与实际得到的故障信号频率相比较,结果基本一致,说明了本方法可以较好的解决减定径机故障诊断,具有较强的可行性与有效性。
Reducing sizing rail is an important equipment of metallurgical industry, but the equipment failure rate is relatively high, for Fourier transform, short time Fourier transform ( STFT ) and Wigner-Willie time-frequency distribution ( WVD ) and other traditional methods of analysis of the problem analysis results are not satisfactory, this paper presents a multi-source decoupling, the integration of blind source separation method. The method is to collect the sensor signal to achieve blind source separation technology through multi-source decoupling, then fault signal obtained by Hilbert transform and demodulated resonance technique, theoretically calculated frequency and actual fault signal frequency are basically identical, the results illustrate the present method can better solve the reducing sizing mill fauh diagnosis, and the method has strong feasibility and effectiveness.
