摘要
骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)以关节软骨退变,微观下软骨细胞凋亡为主要病变。近年来,在OA的研究过程中,microRNA由于在基因表达转录时期发挥重要作用,其研究受到广泛关注。microRNA可能作为新的生物学标记在OA早期诊断中发挥重要作用,同时可以将microRNA作为靶向进行新药开发,将给人类预防或延缓OA进程提供新的手段。
In osteoarthritis （OA） , articular cartilage degeneration is the main pathological change, and the microscopic manifestation is the chondrocyte apoptosis. In the recent years, microRNA attracted much attention, due to its important role in gene expression during transcription. MicroRNA may play an important role as a new biological marker in the early diagnosis of OA, and can be used as a target for new drug development. Therefore, it will provide a new approach to prevent or delay the progression of OA.
