摘要 [目的/意义]通过运用社会网络法对京津冀专利合作网络的结构进行时空演化分析,能直观的展现该网络的时空演化特征,为京津冀产业转移与资源配置提供决策支持。[方法/过程]以京津冀地区近9年产学研合作专利为对象,将机构与城市作为分析单元,运用社会网络分析方法构建时空双重维度的区域产学研合作网络,并进行专利合作网络拓扑空间的时空演化研究,探讨京津冀地区专利合作的主要特征与模式。[结果/结论]研究发现,(1)从合作类型来看,该地区以企业间的专利合作为主,其次是企业与科研院所间合作,企业与高校间的合作相对较少;(2)从时间演化维度看,京津、京冀在电网及石油等行业主要以亲缘型专利合作模式演化出星形复杂网络形态;(3)在拓扑空间结构演化上,京冀不同城市之间的专利合作并未明显地呈现出与空间地理距离的正相关性。 [Purpose/Significance] Through the use of social network method to analyze the structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei patent cooperation network, the temporal and spatial evolution of the structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei can be used to provide the decision -making support for the transfer and resource allocation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. [ Method/Process] This paper takes the organization and the city as an analysis unit in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for nearly 9 years, and uses the social network analysis method to con- struct the space-time evolution of the regional network. Through the research on the spaee-time evolution of the network of topological spaces of patent cooperation network, this paper discusses the main characteristics and patterns of patent cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei region through the cooperation network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. [ Result/Conclusion ] The study found that, judging from the type of cooperation, the patent cooperation in the region is mainly between enterprises, followed by enterprises and research institutes, co- operation between enterprises and universities is relatively small. From the perspective of time evolution, Beijing and Tianjin, Beijing and Hebei in the power grid and oil and other industries mainly form complex star network by the evolution of the patent cooperation model. In the evolution of topological spatial structure, the patent cooperation between different cities in Beijing and Hebei did not show a positive correlation with the geographical distance.
