摘要
中国加入WTO后,政府将进行重大变革,政府和社会的关系也将发生很大的变化,公民社会的兴起和发展,都有利于NPO的发展。但是我国的非营利组织却在静态特征和动态运行上都存在着自身的不足。因此要加强自身的发展,克服志愿失灵问题;加强它与政府、国际组织和其他社会团体之间的关系。
Joining WTO will produce a great impact on government, the relation between government and society will take place great changes, civil society will develop fast, those is useful to the development of NPO. But NPO have disadvantage both nature and execution. NPO should improve itself, handle the question of volunteer failure; in the same time enhance the cooperation with government, international organization and association.
