摘要
介绍了一种新型数控钻攻加工中心自动换刀装置。换刀装置采用旋转式刀盘换刀方式,通过在刀盘的圆周面上间隔设置多个用于装夹刀具的切削主轴,使换刀过程快速流畅;利用齿盘进行定位,保证了加工精度,并起到周向限位作用;通过转动驱动单元和伸缩驱动单元,实现了换刀过程的旋转和伸缩运动;通过动密封装置避免了铁屑等杂物进入机箱内部造成磨损;利用传感器,配合数控系统实现对换刀过程的精准控制。实际应用表明,所设计自动换刀机构结构紧凑,切换稳定准确,可广泛应用于各种小型数控钻攻加工中心。
This paper designs a new-type automatic tool changer for NC drilling and tapping center, in which rotary cutter head is applied. A number of cutting spindles are set on the outer circumference of the tool turret at regular intervals, and makes tool change smoothly. The machining accuracy and circumferential position-limiting are ensured with fluted disc positioning. Rotary and rectilinear motions in tool changing process are obtained with rotary drive unit and rectilinear drive unit. Dynamic sealing structure is designed to avoid steel chips enter the tool changer box. The tool changing is controlled accurately with the combination of sensors and CNC system. Practical application shows that the automatic tool changer has compact structure, smooth and accurate operation, and can be widely used in various small NC drilling center.
