摘要
在宁波地铁4号线工程中,创新采用"科研—设计—施工一体化"的管理模式,开发了"轨道交通类矩形盾构隧道"技术体系。该技术体系在类矩形盾构法隧道的衬砌结构设计方面,解决了管片设计、结构优化等问题;在类矩形盾构方面,开发了全断面切削刀盘与驱动系统、壳体铰接与密封、环臂式拼装机等技术;在施工技术方面,研究了同步注浆技术、管片拼装仿真与工艺优化、盾构轴线控制等关键技术。这一新的技术体系将为我国地铁建设提供一种全新的单峒双线隧道类型,以解决都市核心区和老旧城区"地下空间摆不下、邻近设施碰不起"的普遍问题。
The management mode of scientific research-design-construction integration is adopted in Line No. 4 project of Ningbo Metro; and the technical system of railway transit quasi-rectangular shield tunnel is developed. By adopting the above-mentioned technical system, the problems of segment design and structural optimization have been solved. The full-face cutterhead and driving system, shield hinging and sealing technology and ring-arm segment erector have been developed. The simultaneous grouting technology, segment erection simulation and technical optimization and shield axial line control have been studied. A new kind of single-tube double-line tunnel will appear to solve the problem of limit underground space in core districts of cities in China.
