摘要
目的:观察木瓜水提取液的抗炎、镇痛及免疫调节作用。方法:采用小鼠毛细血管通透性实验及二甲苯致耳肿胀实验,观察木瓜水提液的抗炎作用;采用小鼠醋酸扭体实验观察木瓜水提液的镇痛作用;采用小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验观察木瓜水提液的免疫调节作用。结果:木瓜水提液能明显减少小鼠炎症部位毛细血管通透量,抑制二甲苯引起的耳肿胀,明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,对小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能具有明显增强作用。结论:木瓜水提取液具有一定的抗炎、镇痛及免疫调节作用。
Objective： To observe the pharmacological effects of Chaenomeles Specios on anti - inflamma- tion,analgesia and immunoloregulation. Methods： capillary permeability test and anti - xylene - induced ear swelling test were applied to observe the anti - inflammation effect ; acetic acid twisting test was used to observe the macrophage phagocytosis of the immune role of the mice, to observe the analgesia effect, macrophage phago- cytosis test was used to observe the immunoloregulation Effect. Results： Chaenomeles Specios water extract could reduce the permeability of capillary inflammation in mice, inhibit the increasing of ear weight induced by xylene; significantly reduced the number of writhing mice induced by acetic acid, enhanced phagocytosis of mouse＇ s macrophages. Conduction： Chaenomeles specios have the significant effects of anti - inflammation, an- algesia and immunoloregulation.
