浅析挤压温度对磁轭温挤压模具的影响

摘要 通过有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对4Cr5MoSiV1材质的磁轭温挤压模具进行了分析,找出了挤压温度对磁轭温挤压模具温度、模具挤压力、凹模载荷、模具应力的影响分析。试验证明:随着挤压温度升高,挤压力下降,模具应力小,特别是挤压终了时凹模载荷小,模具发生塑性变形倾向小;然而,挤压温度越高,工件挤压终了时模具表面温度越高,会使模具出现冷热疲劳造成模具早期失效。 The article does the analysis of 4CrSMoSiV1 material of magnetic yoke temperature extruding die through the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D, in order to find out the influence of the extruding temperature on the die temperature, the die extruding force, the die load and the die stress of the magnetic yoke temperature extruding. The test shows that followed the extruding temperature decreased, extruding force is reduced, and the die stress is small. Especially, the die load is small at the end of extruding, and the plastic deformation tendency of the die is small; However, the higher the extruding temperature, the higher the die surface temperature at the end of the extruding, the mold will appear hot and cold fatigue, resulting in early failure of the mold.
