摘要
课程标准是课程实施、管理的依据和标准。在大量文献的基础上对我国特殊教育学校体育课程标准的历史沿革进行了追述。我国特殊教育学校体育课程一直沿用了普通学校体育课程标准,造成了特殊教育学校体育课程目标操作性不强等一系列问题,建构特殊教育学校体育课程标准有着重要的理论意义和实践价值。研究认为,特殊教育学校体育课程标准应具有针对性、整体性、时限性以及系统性等特点,建议要以特殊儿童教育发展的程度为前提,依据特殊教育对象身心特征、体育能力以及康复发展水平,在特殊教育学校体育课程标准中设立适应性、矫正性和发展性3个维度的体育课程标准,分阶段、阶梯式地制定特殊教育学校体育课程标准。
Curriculum standards is the basis and standard of curriculum implementation and curriculum management. This paper,based on abundant documents,traces the history of curriculum standards of PE in special education school( CS PE in special education),and points out CS PE in special education in China is poorly maneuverable and highly perplexed with other problems. Theoretically and practically,construction of a new CS PE in special education is,therefore,of great significance to China's special education effort. The study suggests that CS PE in special education should be targeted,integrated,time-bound and systematic. On the premise of educational development of exceptional child,The study holds that three-dimension of adaptability,correction,and development should be set in CS PE in special education with the consideration of child's mental and physical characteristics,physical ability,and rehabilitation. The CS PE in special education should be developed step by step.
